Review and forecast (data)

The following are the values used in illustrating the Review and Forecast (zones) and the Review and Forecast (observatories). As explained in their descriptions, these display the largest component of the X and Y hourly ranges of both the review and forecast and assigns a color to that value based on its forecast classification.
